a. Who created this network?
The first computer network to be launched was the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET) on October 29 in the year 1969.  The network is still recognized as the world’s first active packet-switched extensive area network, and the connection was designed as a login request and delivered from the University of California in Los Angeles to the SRI International (Stanford Research Institute) (Roberts, 1986).
Basically, ARPANET was used by research laboratories and universities within the United States and the packet switching design was designed by British Scientists, Donald Davies, Paul Baran, Lincoln laboratory as well as Lawrence Roberts. The remote access of the computer network initiated a new and flexible network structure in computer resource sharing, and even though it was not an internet yet, it had a significant impact on various factors, including communication and distributing knowledge (Metcalfe, 1993).
2. When did this network got established?

ARPANET was created initially by the ARPA (Advanced Research Projects Agency), and the access to the ARPANET was stretched in the year 1981 by the National Science Foundation, who sponsored the web.  Basically, ARPANET was a basis for the Internet, and in the year 1969, it becomes a reality where four university computers were connected (Abbate, 1994).
David D. Clark discovered the dark side of the ARPANET network about the system being attacked by a dangerous worn that would rapidly spread across the wires. The attack raged in November in the year 1988, resulting in a thousand machines crashing. The worm used the essential nature to spread a malicious code on computer lines (Timberg, 2015).

Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) is customary, which explains ways on how to develop and control a web conversation using application packages to send and receive data.  Basically, TCP operates on an Internet Protocol (IP) that describes how computers exchange packs of data (Rouse, 2014).
TCP is among the most popular network protocols globally and was established in the 1970s by Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn, who were DARPA scientists. The first version of TCP was initially written in the year 1973 and later on revised and officially documented in the year 1974. Then in the year 1983, TCP became operational (Stevens, 1994).

a. When did it got implemented?
An Internet Protocol can be defined as a network address for computers that help the internet control how data packets are delivered through a network.  IP is an essential component of network communication (Unuth,  2019).
ARPANET implemented TCP/IP in the year 1983 on January 1, and it was after then that three researchers started to accumulate networks of networks that created the contemporary Internet. IP was invented by Robert E Kahn (Technology News, 2018).
5. How did the implementation of TCP/IP revolutionize communication technology?
The modern Internet we are currently using, which is the web of computer networks using Internet Protocol or the Transmission Control Protocol, is a long-standing technology.  During the first two operational decades, it was a domain for academic, research, and technological elite. During the early 1990s, it started to penetrate to the conventional society, and currently, it is significantly regarded to as a General-Purpose Technology. Thus, within a short time, the technology went from being referred to as mysterious to an everyday utility (Naughton, 2016).
