Investigate and study a relevant topic in the area of Networks. Then write a comprehensive report about the investigation. The study should not be general in nature but must concentrate on a specific aspect of the topic area. In relation to the topic and according to the relevance many aspects like performance, design, implementations, algorithms, comparisons and operations may be covered.  

Please note marks will be allocated for different aspects of your report. Please make sure to include an abstract, a summary and references. The absence of such sections will lead to allocating zero points for that section. The report must include but not be limited to the following aspects of the topic you choose: 
 
1)    A brief abstract of the report outlining what the report is about and the motivation for the study.   
(10 points) 
 
2)   Describing the topic area and its relevance to networks and communications 
 
(15 points) 
 
3)   A detailed discussion of the area of relevance in the topic. 
 
 
(25 points) 
4)   Use of examples, cases, drawings and/or diagrams where and when relevant to help clarify ideas. 
(20 points) 
 
6)   A brief summary of the report 
 
 
(10 points) 
7)   References to sources of materials must be clearly indicated i.e. papers, books, technical reports, journals and Internet websites. At least five references are required 
(10 points) 
8)   Lecturers evaluation based on clarity and substance. (10 points)
