Assignment-I: Topic selection & research questions (draft) (60 points)

A topic of research should be chosen. It can be either a research paper or a startup concept. Once the topic is finalized, the draft research questions (based on which objectives of the study will be formed) must be developed (not more than three). Each selection must be discussed in detail with logic and rationale.

Reasons for the topic should be discussed first followed by discussion on selection of each of the research questions.

The main goal of this research project is to evaluate how railway will affect the economy and logistics.

Objectives

1- To investigate whether the railway is the sufficient way for transportation.

2- To study if the current railway are utilized more than the other options

3- To explore the capabilities of the railways to decrease the cost impact by using other way to transport goods and people.

Research Questions

1- Is the railway transportation is the most sufficient way to transport goods?

The goal is to prove that using the railway for transporting goods and people is the most effective way more than other options, also railway is classified as one of the safest transportation.

2- Is the railway the most utilized between the other options of transportation?

railway is popular of transporting mineral and cargo and for this use always the trains are utilized 100%.

3- Can railways be the most effective cost of transporting goods?

All over the world the cheapest transportation way is railway for both goods. In this point will make comparison between other transportations options to prove the railway is the most affordable way to travel, and the most economical way for the company to use for transferring their product using freight train.
