Communication in leadership is vital for long-term success. Today there are so many ways in which we communicate. Email is a chosen way for most business leadership and can become confusing if not clear and precise. When a conversation occurs between two people face to face questions are asked, tone of voice is heard and facial expressions are shared., With email that is not the case and oftentimes the message can be confusing or misunderstood.
