Guidelines for creating an international criminal justice system (Don’t write paper in a outline but use the outline below as a guide to use for headings)
1.
You are being asked to create an international criminal justice system.
You must use the 6 model countries from your textbook that serve as models. (CHINA, ENGLAND, GERMANY, JAPAN, SAUDI ARABIA AND FRANCE)
As you will find as you begin to read, these countries are not considered models because they are the best systems, but because they are representative of the major systems of the world. After having completed all modules, and discussion board post with understanding, you will create an international criminal justice system. In creating this system, you must decide what aspect to borrow from each of the models to create a new system that would ultimately be an international system. For example, you may want to use France as your type of government, or aspects of England for the Police section. Would police officers carry guns? They do not carry guns in England except in terrorist situations. Therefore,
guns are illegal for its citizens. You decide what your system will look like!
2.
Below, please find a suggested outline for creating that system. You can be as creative as you choose to, but you must use the outline as a guide. Knowledge and creativity are key to this project. When you make your choices from the six model nations, through a discussion, you must give the rationale for your selection.
Hint: This project along with rational cannot be done in less than six pages.
